Welcome to Chang’an, capital of 13 dynasties.
Essentials —
Arrive in Xi’an by flight or train. Your private driver will meet you at the airport or railway station and transfer you to your city hotel. At check-in, you may need to pay a refundable deposit (approx. ¥100–300/room), which is returned when you check out if no damages occur.
The rest of the day is free at leisure to rest or start exploring the city on your own.

Small Wild Goose Pagoda was built during the Tang Jinglong period over 1,300 years ago, a key symbol of Buddhism entering the Central Plain and merging with Han culture.
The base is a square brick platform with an underground palace, while the body tapers gracefully layer by layer, forming a slender silhouette against the sky.

Visit Xi’an South Gate City Wall, China’s largest and best-preserved ancient city wall.
Yongning Gate is also the only city wall structure in the first batch of national key cultural relics and served as a sub-venue for the 2024 Spring Festival Gala.

Move on to Shuyuan Men, whose name comes from the historic Guanzhong Academy.

Visit the city center – Bell & Drum Towers Square, the heart of old Xi’an.

If force majeure, government policies or scenic-area reasons cause closures, the agency will re-arrange if possible; if not, unused tickets will be refunded at agency discount rate only; other losses are not covered.
ID & Hotel Deposit – Adults (16+) must carry valid ID cards or passports; children need household registers. Hotels charge a deposit of about ¥100–300/room, payable by guests and fully refundable if no damage occurs.
Rooming – Most Xi’an hotels cannot provide triple rooms or extra beds. Solo travelers must pay a single supplement.
Peak Season – Xi’an receives many tour groups and conferences; tourist buses and restaurants may be crowded, and some waiting may occur. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Complaints & Feedback – The Service Quality Survey Form you fill out locally is the primary basis for handling any complaints. If you do not record issues on the form or report them via phone during the trip, your service will be considered satisfactory and post-trip claims may not be accepted.
Leaving the Tour – Guests who choose to leave mid-tour or alter plans on their own are deemed to have voluntarily given up services; no refunds for unused portions, and extra costs & safety are their own responsibility.
Force Majeure – Extra costs caused by flight/train delays, natural disasters or other force majeure events are borne by the traveler.
Safety & Health – Keep valuables with you; do not leave them on the coach or in hotels. Travelers must ensure their own health condition is suitable for the itinerary; the agency is not responsible for incidents arising from undisclosed health issues.
Slippery Surfaces – During rainy weather, be extra careful on scenic paths and in restaurant/hotel bathrooms to avoid slipping.
